Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber (medium)
  • 1 bulb of fennel
  • 2 handfuls (1/4 cup) of mint leaves
  • 1 inch slice (2 tbsp) ginger
  • 1/2 lemon lemon (pealed)
  • Water to fill line

Instructions

  1. Remove skin from lemon.
  2. Add mint leaves, cucumber, fennel, ginger, and lemon to Nutribullet.
  3. Add water to fill line, then blend and enjoy.

Quick notes

This Nutriblast is tastes great and has powerful healing properties, but it should NOT be used as a meal replacement (due to the low amount of calories, fat, and protein). It’s a great drink in addition to a meal, or you could also add SP Complete to the mix to make a better meal replacement.

Summary: The combination of these tasty fozen fruits leave a natural, vanilla-like aftertaste, making this a nutricious and incredibly delicious breakfast Nutriblast.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium Granny Smith (sliced and cored)
  • 1/2 cup Broccoli Florets
  • 1/2 cup Spinach
  • 1/2 cup Mango (about 2-3 Mango spears/slices)
  • 1 Tbsp Sunflower Seeds
  • Water to fill-line

Instructions

  1. Slice and core apple and Mango.
  2. Bag each fruit and freeze in freezer overnight.
  3. Add spinach, fruits, broccoli, and sunflower seeds to your Nutribullet.
  4. Add water to fill line, the blend and enjoy!

Variations

If you’re in a hurry, you can try this one without freezing the fruits. In that case, you may need less water.

Summary: This chilled, chocolate-y smoothie not only tastes great, but is guilt free since it’s super healthy and made of all-natural ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Kale
  • 1 and 1/2 medium Banana
  • 1/4 small Apple (remove as many seeds as possible)
  • 1/2 cup frozen Blueberries
  • 1 tbs Chocolate Cacao Powder
  • Water to fill line

Instructions

  1. Add in Kale, Banana, and Apple to your Nutribullet blender.
  2. Add in 1 tablespoon of Chocolate Cacao Powder.
  3. Add in frozen Blueberries (about 1/2 cup, but you can add more/less to ensure berries reach the fill line). Add in water to the fill line as well.
  4. Blend for 10-15 seconds and enjoy!

Quick notes

Summary: In addition to being a low cal, low fat, high protien Nutriblast, we love this recipe because of the combination of broccoli and cauliflower florets. When combined, broccoli and cauliflower have specific phytonutrients, enzymes, vitamins and minerals that aid in the weigh loss process. Feel free to substitute different fruits, however we really love how the natural sugars in pineapple sweeten a vegetable-heavy shake.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of broccoli florets (about 3)
  • 1/2 cup of cauliflower florets (about 2)
  • 1/2 cup pineapple
  • 1 scoop of protein powder
  • 1 cup of green tea (to fill line)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to Nutribullet blender. Add green tea to fill line.
  2. Mix for 15-20 seconds and enjoy.
