Recipe: Fruity Furnance Fat-Burning Nutriblast

Summary: In addition to being a low cal, low fat, high protien Nutriblast, we love this recipe because of the combination of broccoli and cauliflower florets. When combined, broccoli and cauliflower have specific phytonutrients, enzymes, vitamins and minerals that aid in the weigh loss process. Feel free to substitute different fruits, however we really love how the natural sugars in pineapple sweeten a vegetable-heavy shake.


  • 1/2 cup of broccoli florets (about 3)
  • 1/2 cup of cauliflower florets (about 2)
  • 1/2 cup pineapple
  • 1 scoop of protein powder
  • 1 cup of green tea (to fill line)


  1. Add all ingredients to Nutribullet blender. Add green tea to fill line.
  2. Mix for 15-20 seconds and enjoy.

Other fruit options you may want to try: 1/2 banana, 1/4 mango, blueberries, raspberries, or blackberries.
