Recipe: Healthy Candy

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of spinach
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/3 cup diced pineapple
  • 4 strawberries
  • 5 green grapes
  • 1/2 pear
  • 1/2 cranberry juice

Instructions

  1. Add all solid food ingredients to Nutribullet.
  2. Add in cranberry juice (add additional juice to fill to fill line if needed).
  3. Blend and enjoy.

Quick notes

This is very tasty, but VERY sweet. Kids love it as it tastes like candy, and is a healthier option. However, due to the amount of sugar in the juice (and fruit), this recipe is best for special occasions or a dessert-like treat.
