Recipe: Nutribullet Breakfast Recipe
- 1/2 cup of Spinach
- 1 6 oz. serving of Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 cup of uncooked Oatmeal
- 5 individual strawberries
- 1/4 cup of Almonds
- 1/2 medium Banana
- 1/2 cup unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- Add ingredients to Nutribullet.
- Mix and enjoy.
This is a great MEAL REPLACEMENT Nutriblast. It’s high in protein, but it is high in fat as well. The fat is “healthy” fat and is great for rebuilding tissues and cells. However, it is not necessarily recommended for weight loss because high count in healthy fats and calories.
