Recipe: Nutribullet Breakfast Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of Spinach
  • 1 6 oz. serving of Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup of uncooked Oatmeal
  • 5 individual strawberries
  • 1/4 cup of Almonds
  • 1/2 medium Banana
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

Instructions

  1. Add ingredients to Nutribullet.
  2. Mix and enjoy.

Quick notes

This is a great MEAL REPLACEMENT Nutriblast. It’s high in protein, but it is high in fat as well. The fat is “healthy” fat and is great for rebuilding tissues and cells. However, it is not necessarily recommended for weight loss because high count in healthy fats and calories.

    This is good, and very filling. Certainly makes for a big serving. I’m a fan of smoothies that have yogurt because I like the smoother texture. Being a newbie to the whole smoothie/natural world, I did need to add honey to the mix. Maybe I won’t need the sweetness as I grow into this, but I had to have it for this one. Also added a little crushed ice to chill it up.
