  • 1/2 Avacado (medium)

Instructions

Don’t be turned off by the high fat content – this comes from the avacado and is a healthy, unsaturated fat.

Quick notes

SP Complete is a meal replacement powder by Standard Process. I choose to use it in this Detox Nutriblast because it is part of their detox program is if packed full of high quality ingredients. That being said, another meal replacement powder can be used.
This is a perfect detox Nutriblast as not only is it cleansing, most of the ingredients are anti-inflammatory in nature.
