Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber (medium)
  • 1 bulb of fennel
  • 2 handfuls (1/4 cup) of mint leaves
  • 1 inch slice (2 tbsp) ginger
  • 1/2 lemon lemon (pealed)
  • Water to fill line

Instructions

  1. Remove skin from lemon.
  2. Add mint leaves, cucumber, fennel, ginger, and lemon to Nutribullet.
  3. Add water to fill line, then blend and enjoy.

Quick notes

This Nutriblast is tastes great and has powerful healing properties, but it should NOT be used as a meal replacement (due to the low amount of calories, fat, and protein). It’s a great drink in addition to a meal, or you could also add SP Complete to the mix to make a better meal replacement.

Simple Detox Nutriblast

Recipe: Simple Detox Nutriblast

Summary: High in protien, high in anti-inflammatory foods foods, this Nutriblast detoxes and heals in a number of ways.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 15 frozen cherries (pitted)
  • 2 scoops (2 tbsp) of SP Complete meal replacement
  • 2 scoops (2 tbsp) of protein powder
  • 1 tbsp of ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 cup of water

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to the Nutribullet blender.
  2. Mix and enjoy.

Quick notes

SP Complete is a meal replacement powder by Standard Process. I choose to use it in this Detox Nutriblast because it is part of their detox program is if packed full of high quality ingredients. That being said, another meal replacement powder can be used.
This is a perfect detox Nutriblast as not only is it cleansing, most of the ingredients are anti-inflammatory in nature.   • 1 6 oz. serving of Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup of uncooked Oatmeal
  • 5 individual strawberries
  • 1/4 cup of Almonds
  • 1/2 medium Banana
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

Instructions

  1. Add ingredients to Nutribullet.
  2. Mix and enjoy.

Quick notes

This is a great MEAL REPLACEMENT Nutriblast. It’s high in protein, but it is high in fat as well. The fat is “healthy” fat and is great for rebuilding tissues and cells. However, it is not necessarily recommended for weight loss because high count in healthy fats and calories.
